Days 1-7 will be a prep week.
Days 8-28 we’ll remove the foods that are most likely to cause inflammation and unbalanced blood sugar and add nutrient dense foods and botanical supplements that support optimal health your body’s natural ability to detoxify.
The whole food and botanical supplements will be shipped directly to you from Standard Process. The core supplements: SP Cleanse, Gastro-Fiber, and SP Green are included in the cost of the program. (Supplement details are listed on the bottom of this page.)
If you struggle with sugar and starchy carbohydrate cravings I recommend adding the herb Gymnema for the first 2 weeks. It can be added at checkout.
